Two-component reaction adhesive. Can be used in particular for plastic repairs in vehicle manufacturing. Good adhesion on steel and aluminium, hard PVC, GFP, PVC, PU and PS hard foam. Not suitable for PP, PTFE.

Properties


  • Creates firm yet flexible connections between very different materials

  • Can be painted over excellently

  • Working life approx. 2–3 minutes

  • Can be sanded after approx. 10 minutes


    • Application area


  • ​For repairing plastic parts such as unpainted and painted bumpers, mirror housings, headlight housings, door trims etc.

  • For bonding metals such as steel and iron sheets on non-load-bearing bodywork parts


    • Instructions


    The adhesion surfaces must be dry, clean, dust, oil and grease-free. Sanding of the surface is necessary to increase the adhesive properties. Remove the closure and attach the mixing tube. Use cartridge in the K5 1500 gun and discard the first 2–3 cm of the adhesive bead to guarantee optimal mixing.
